The case is inspired by the Chiron's streamlined design with its horseshoe-shaped grille, while the movement beneath the sapphire crystal mimics its 16-cylinder engine.

If you push the right-hand crown of the timepiece, the tiny "engine" pumps up and down with the crankshaft and 16 pistons, just like a real-life internal combustion engine.
